Bristol bound for Tokyo World
Eclectic music festival, Tokyo World took place in Bristol at the end of September, attracting more than 20,000 people to Eastville Park. For the 3rd year we were the ticketing agency chosen to partner with the event and delivered a tailored public ticket sale platform for the two day music festival.
With our ‘On Sale to On Site’ service, we supported the event from the public selling process through to managing entry onto site across the weekend of the festival. Tickets were available for either of the two days or for the full weekend, we were able to manage ticket entry for the event by issuing different wristbands for each day on arrival based on type of ticket.
Covering entry across 16 lanes for the festival, our high tech scanners were assigned to entry points to audit the entry of the festival goers.
The Tokyo World team also used Eventree, our online platform that streamlines event organisation from crew and performer accreditation to meal planning, to manage their crew and artists accreditation and access control for the festival.
