We understand that when tickets for events go on sale, things can go just a little crazy. With hundreds or even thousands of other eager customers trying to purchase at the same time, some tickets get snapped up in a matter of seconds.
To make your ticket buying experience less stressful and a whole lot easier, please read our helpful guide below.
Register your account before tickets go on sale here: http://tkt.to/RegisterAccount
It's easy to accidentally put an extra character in your email or miss a few digits off of your mobile number, so double check your detials. Log into your account and select 'Update your personal details' to check you've got everything correct: http://tkt.to/YourAccount
When tickets go on sale, head to the event page and select the tickets you'd like and click 'Reserve Tickets'. Your tickets aren't reserved until they're in your basket! Make sure you have your debit/credit card ready (and a spare - some banks decline one off payments).
Once you have clicked 'Reserve Tickets' the tickets you have selected will show on the 'Your shopping basket' page. Please check your tickets on this page, and hit 'Change these tickets' if you need to update any quantities.
Those tickets are yours for 15 minutes, which is plenty of time to make your purchase. It's important to take your time when purchasing tickets, making sure all the information you provide is correct.
Some events require you to fill out contact details (name, mobile, email) for each ticket you buy, so if you’re buying for your friends, make sure you have their details to hand!
Make sure your billing address matches that of the card you are trying to pay with. If it does not match, the payment will not go through.
When your payment has gone through, you'll be presented with an order confirmation page. Make a note of your Order ID. Order confirmation emails may take a few hours to come through to you and it may also take a few hours to show in your order history.
If you have any questions about your order, just pop us an email or call us and we'll be more than happy to help. email@example.com or 0121 472 6688 (24hr).
